Kendall's Brasserie

Featuring lunch and brunch, this content shoot focused on both classic and new menu items offered at the iconic Kendall's Brasserie in DTLA.  Media was used for social media as well as internal staff training.

Clayton's Public House

Just under a year after it's highly anticipated grand opening, Clayton's Public House launched it's inaugural Sunday Roast curated by Executive Chef James Wakefield.  Co-Owner Tony Gower offered a peek behind the scenes along with collaborating chef Greg Bernhardt and master mixologist and sommelier, Krisi Jensen.  Photography was done on-site in the style of a food blog and final edits were used for social media.

Black Elephant Coffee

Black Elephant coffee is locally owned and operated by an adventurous couple.  The name of this inviting coffee shop nestled in Atwater Village, CA was inspired by a vision one of the shop's owners had while taking a deeply personal journey on ayahuasca.  This photo shoot focused on food and beverage as well as merchandise and general ambiance of the establishment.  Final edits were used for social media.

Wine Cask

The Wine Cask boasts unparalleled fine dining fusion that gives reason in itself to visit Santa Barbara.  Celebrating the casual yet curated SoCal lifestyle, this rare gem of a restaurant offers multi-course prix fixe options in addition to a la carte fare.  Photography was specifically focused on the cuisine, with a food blog feel to the approach.  Images were uploaded to Yelp and also used on social media.

&Sons Chocolate

Kriss Harvey, a master pastry chef consulting for &Sons of Beverly Hills, invited The Sapient Link for a sneak peek behind the scenes.  An array of signature chocolates were being crafted with the finest of details in their DTLA factory.  Content focused on foundational processes as well as hand-made aspects of the chocolate line, along with detailed macro shots of each finished creation.  Final edits were used for social media.
